2. Spoofer Limitations

• The spoofer changes your hardware ID and may not work with certain motherboards or hardware configurations.
• Compatibility is not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for confirming that their system meets the applicable requirements before purchasing.
• Compatibility may also be affected by BIOS, firmware, Windows, driver, or other system updates.
• No refunds will be issued due to incompatibility, discontinuation, or changes to a customer's system.

3. AI Aimbot Limitations

• The AI Aimbot may not work on certain GPUs or hardware configurations due to hardware or software limitations.
• Compatibility is not guaranteed on every system.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing available requirements before purchasing.
• No refunds will be issued due to compatibility issues or any bans, restrictions, or other consequences resulting from use of the AI Aimbot.

4. Security & Confidentiality

• Sharing, leaking, redistributing, reselling, uploading, or providing the cheat loader, spoofer, AI aimbot, files, credentials, activation information, or any portion of the product to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized sharing, leaking, redistribution, or attempted bypass of product protections may result in an immediate and permanent ban without refund.
• All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued after payment, except where required by applicable law.
• This includes refunds relating to incompatibility, user error, detection, patching, bans, discontinuation, failure to follow instructions, or dissatisfaction with the product.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily purchasing the product and agreeing to these Terms of Sale.
• Chargebacks, unauthorized payment disputes, or payment reversals used to circumvent these terms are strictly prohibited.
• Customers agree to contact the seller or support team regarding any legitimate issue before initiating a payment dispute.
• A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
• Any chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these terms may result in an immediate and permanent ban from the service, including termination of licenses, subscriptions, and access to purchased products without refund.
• When responding to a payment dispute, the seller reserves the right to provide relevant transaction records, order information, license records, delivery records, support correspondence, and records showing acceptance or use of the product to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.
• False, fraudulent, or misleading payment disputes may result in permanent termination of access and may be documented or reported through the applicable dispute-resolution process.

6. Behavior & Respect

• Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward the seller or support team will not be tolerated.
• Harassment, threats, spam, or repeated abusive conduct may result in termination of support services or a permanent ban without refund.
• Support services are provided at the seller's discretion and do not override these Terms of Sale.

7. Patching & Updates

• Cheats, spoofers, and other products may become detected, patched, temporarily unavailable, or incompatible following game updates, anti-cheat updates, Windows updates, driver updates, or other changes outside the seller's control.
• If a product becomes detected or patched, the developer will attempt to provide a fix, update, workaround, or other solution where reasonably possible.
• No specific timeframe for an update or fix is guaranteed.
• If resolving an issue is not possible, no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of detection, patching, incompatibility, discontinuation, and loss of functionality associated with these products.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

• By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and review these Terms of Sale before payment.
• You acknowledge that compatibility, continued functionality, and undetected status are not guaranteed.
• You acknowledge the possibility of bans, detection, patching, discontinuation, and other limitations.
• You understand and agree to the refund policy and chargeback terms stated above.
• You agree to contact the seller or support team regarding legitimate issues before pursuing a payment dispute.
